• Service term commences after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty period

• UEE holds no responsibility during the manufacturer's warranty period

• UEE will only support products up to a maximum of 5 years in total from the original date of purchase

  • eg manufacturer supplied 2 years standard, UEE will supply up to 3 years extended warranty

  • eg manufacturer supplied 3 years standard, UEE will supply up to 2 years extended warranty
